FIRST OF ALL, WE KILL ALL THE IRS AGENTS
BY LISA RICHARDS
August 20, 2007
Oh please, and like you wouldn’t want to grab hold of the tax snot behind the IRS desk auditing you and reenact the Boston Tea Party.
I’m a huge proponent of the Fair Tax—HR 25, S 1025—and believe we should vote out every politician refusing its enactment and abolish the Sixteenth Amendment. No Republican Congressman can call them selves truly conservative if they refuse to enact Fair Tax into law. I expect liberal legislators to refuse American’s the right to keep what belongs to them; however, some conservatives refusing to vote the Fair Tax into law are simply liberal Marists.
To refuse the Fair Tax means one loves screwing the American people out of what is rightfully theirs—their income and basically their right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Two years ago, Republican Congressman John Linder of Georgia and Libertarian talk radio host with more brains than Republicans Neal Boortz wrote the book “The Fair Tax Book,” detailing exactly what the Flat Tax America is under and the IRS actually do to Americans—break our constitutional law freedoms with the sneaky ordaining of the unconstitutional Sixteenth Amendment.
Anyone who read the book and still thinks we should continue down the Flat Tax road needs to be flattened by an 18-wheeler.
The Fair Tax replaces federal income and payroll taxes. According to Fairtax.org, the plan will enact a “progressive retail sales tax, a prebate to ensure no American pays federal taxes on spending up to the poverty level, dollar-for-dollar federal revenue neutrality,” and best of all, the Fair Tax repeals the unconstitutional Sixteenth Amendment.
Yes, it’s unconstitutional. Just because it’s in the Constitution does not make it legal under true Constitutional Law laid down by the founders who fought against the above taxations. Liberal activists who love punishing Americans for making money, hate the rich and want the poor to live for free off the rich, enacted the Sixteenth Amendment as a ducking stool to everyone with the gall to get rich.
Fair Tax would tax income at a uniform rate across all U.S. income levels; Fair Tax taxes all consumption uniformly by only considering the prices on new goods and services versus used or second hand.
Ask yourself this; wouldn’t you like the federal personal and corporate income taxes abolished? Wouldn’t you like congress to abolish taxes on gifts, your estate, capital gains, alternative minimums, Social Security—if you’re elderly, you should be screaming over the fact you pay taxes on that paltry monthly check you can’t feed a stray cat on—Medicare—do you like being taxed for being old and sick? What about not being taxed for being self-employed? The U.S. government hates those self-employed; it means the government can’t completely control that person’s life the way they do government and corporate employees.
Fair Tax would replace the above list of massacring Marxist misfits—IRS—with “federal retail sales tax administered by state sales tax authorities,” not Washington, unless Hillary wins the presidency, then the Sixteenth Amendment will look like the fairest tax of them all.
According to Fairtax.org, “The Fair Tax taxes us only on what we choose to spend on new goods or services, not on what we earn.”
Here’s what the Fair tax will do if you want it:
1. Abolish the IRS
2. Close loopholes
3. Guarantee Social Security and Medicare funding
4. Transparent accountability on tax policies
5. Guarantee American products get fair competition
6. Reimburses tax on basic necessity purchases—unless you like being taxed for toilet paper—use your own imagination for that one
7. Retirees keep 100 percent of pension
8. Workers keep 100 percent of paycheck—unless you like feeding Hillary and Bill.
Here’s the fact; if Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama, or any of the liberal loons—democrat and republican—running to run you over for the next eight years win the White House, you’re going to see the Bush tax-cuts repealed and your income stolen by Washington every April 15th. And don’t think all republicans are pro-Fair Tax; Rudy and Mitt are against it, as are many conservatives in office who don’t seem to mind robbing your pockets of what you worked hard for while begging you to donate your money to their campaigns.
Guys like Mitt and Rudy like the Flat Tax. Mitt can’t make up his mind until he gets his income tax bill on all the money you sent him for his campaign; then he’ll let you all know if he thinks we should be taxed fairly. Rudy thinks Fair Tax is a great plan; he just doesn’t want to implement it because he thinks that might be hard to accomplish. And running the mob out of town wasn’t?
McCain…don’t get me started. He just hates Fair Tax preferring to only get rid of the alternative minimum tax along with Gitmo Bay he thinks cruelly subjects poor little terrorists to a life of sun-filled tropics and four star meals taxpayers pay through the nose for.
Democrats like John Edwards love taxing Americans because it supports his hair-care up-keep. It costs a fortune to look like Shawn Cassidy.
The Flat Tax does not and never will allow Americans to keep what they earn. Of course, Flat Tax will continue to rob Americans via the IRS yearly until Americans retire with nothing but the cloths on their backs they’re taxed for and will have to hand over upon their deaths they’ll be taxed for since no one in America has the right to die free.
Aside from Congressman Linder, one person who is 100% for the Fair Tax is conservative Republican Congressman Tom Tancredo of Colorado, the guy who wants to deport all 20 million illegal aliens Americans pay 50 billion annually for through taxes and lock down U.S. borders as soon as he enters the Oval Office. Those three agendas have my vote.
The next guy, and I was glad to hear it even though I have some beefs with his issues, is former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee. Have readers noticed since the last debate when Hucky declared he would enact Fair Tax immediately if he wins the presidency, he is now a frontrunner? That’s because Americans are sick and tired of a bunch of money grubbing thieves who can’t keep their IRS paws out of our bank accounts and wallets, while hauling Americans into IRS principal offices like we’re a bunch of naughty children, asking us how much money we spent this year, examining our business habits—we may have purchased a $5.00 Starbucks coffee and forgot to declare that $5.00 to some slouch in a cheap suit he probably never declared the bill of.
Who gave us Americans the right to hide money in safes, safety deposit boxes, off-shore bank accounts, mattresses, floorboards, etc where the IRS can’t touch it? Who do we Americans think we are to assume because we work 40 hours a week for our paychecks or inherit money from Nana we have the right to own that money? What do we think this country is, the United States of America?
Karl Marx would be ashamed us. Actually she is, that’s why she’s running for president, to stop you from assuming you have some constitutional right to your life and property.
And republicans are paying attention to Mitt and Rudy? Fine, you two guys give your money to low-income welfare leeches, the rest of us want to keep our hard earned earnings and inheritances—along with our guns—thank you very much.
Tancredo has stated: “For all the reasons mentioned by some of my colleagues, I absolutely support the Fair Tax. It has to be accompanied however with the repeal of the 16th Amendment or we’d end up with a consumption tax and an income tax.”
Which is what liberals want so Americans can continue supporting welfare bloodsuckers and anyone refusing to work or rise above their level they’ve been convinced by liberals is the fault of the evil rich who get all the tax breaks while the poor pay all the taxes.
I’ve never seen a poor person paying taxes on $50 million dollar homes in Palm Beach, Florida or Greenwich, Connecticut. I do however see the rich being robbed by way of taxes to pay for the life-styles of Americans brainwashed into thinking the rich owe the poor a living.
If Warren Buffett never “gave” his 30 billion “away” to the poor, rather started businesses to put the poor to work, he would have been deemed a greedy rich capitalist thug forcing people to labor for a living. Had Brook Astor not given away $200 million to charity, rather started businesses to put the poor to work, she would have been eulogized as a rich b****, because no one should have to work except the rich who should pay everyone’s way as punishment for making evil money welfare leeches willingly and greedily grab.
The working-class would actually fair well under Fair Tax. Of course, as Tancredo, Linder and Boortz have begged Americans to do—stand up and demand the abolition of the Sixteenth Amendment—the working-class would win. They would no longer declare earnings to a Marxist organization against capitalism. They would enter the upper-class.
If you don’t think the IRS is Marxist, ask yourself: why does it demand Americans hand over large percentages of their earnings yearly to the government? Darling sweetie readers that is Marxist politics; capitalism gives Americans rights to private property and business ownership; the right to make as much money as one wants; free-market enterprise, etc; all things liberals hate because they’re Marxist morons whose brains are hemorrhoids.
Without income tax collection, Washington would have no control over American’s lives; Washington would have no influence on how Americans live. It costs $500 billion yearly for we the people to obey (I don’t use that word lightly, you do obey the IRS) the tax code.
The crazy thing about the entire Fair Tax is one would assume conservatives would be jumping on it like Lindsay Lohan on a keg. Instead, many conservatives such as Steve Forbes are Flat Tax proponents. I’m a fan of Forbes; he’s brilliant, which is why he should be shoving the Fair Tax down every American’s throats. Every American comes out a winner under Fair Tax.
As for the IRS, it would lose since it’s unconstitutional. It was not placed in the constitution by our founders who tarred and feathered governors over taxation. Am I the only one who wants another Tea Party? I’ll supply the tar and feathers if others supply the tea. American grown tea please; India has enough of our U.S. telemarketing business.
